In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to companies such as The United Parcel Service, FedEx, LTL Freight Carriers, and the U.S. Postal Service. Under no circumstance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for purposes other than shipment delivery
Can I have an order shipped to my PO box?
No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a PO box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or foreign addresses.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a PO box, for any shipping address
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via UPS ground is 2-7 days depending on which zone your delivery address is in.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Once you have logged into interplas.com, just click on "My Account" located on the top of the page. Then, simply login and you will be given a breakdown of your order status with corresponding order numbers, items, purchase amounts, and current status. If the item was shipped via UPS, a tracking number will appear. Click on the link to go to the UPS Web-based tracking
What Happens If The Item I Ordered Is Not Available?
We ship products before the estimated delivery dates in the vast majority of cases. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to unavailability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or email.
